Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed for the 2025/2026 school year to provide support in a K-12 school setting in Greenville, SC. This contract position involves both school-based and one-on-one support opportunities throughout the school year.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavior intervention services to students under supervision, ensuring adherence to individualized plans
• Provide direct one-on-one support to students as assigned
• Monitor and record student progress to inform treatment adjustments
• Collaborate with educators and clinical staff to maintain consistent behavioral strategies

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Ability to implement behavior plans with fidelity
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Available to start and interview immediately

Location:

• Greenville, South Carolina school setting
