Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), as well as solid experience working with SAP S/4HANA for Financial Services, Fiori, and a basic understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day financial processes, troubleshoot system issues, work on enhancements, and collaborate closely with business users to ensure the SAP financial modules run smoothly. You will also analyze system configurations, assist in implementing improvements, and help maintain high availability and performance of finance-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing production support, incident management, and troubleshooting for SAP FICO modules (AP & AR).
• Analyze, configure, and enhance SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities, especially related to Financial Services.
• Work with SAP Fiori apps and support users in navigation, usage, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Perform configuration reviews and validate/customize FICO settings as needed.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with SAP Finance teams.
• Work on minor enhancements, change requests, and support testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT).
• Document functional specifications, process flows, and configuration changes.
• Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP/BASIS) and other functional teams for cross-module impacts.
• Provide advisory services and recommend best practices in FICO, AP, AR, and financial processes.
• Support Planning-related activities with basic knowledge of SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Ensure compliance with system standards, audit requirements, and financial controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Strong functional knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA for Financial Services.
• Good working knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and understanding of Web Dispatcher integration.
• Ability to analyze and validate system configurations and customizations.
• Strong understanding of core FICO processes, financial postings, integration with MM/SD, and financial reporting.
• Experience providing AMS/production support in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare functional documents, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.
• Basic familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning is a plus.
