Qualifications:

\n
• Minimum of 1 year experience with Wirtgen Milling Machines and running jobs.
\n
• Willing to work days, nights, and weekends as needed
\n
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) Must be able to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
\n
• Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's license
\n
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
\n

Responsibilities:

\n
• Operating the milling machine Level Pro System to remove asphalt to a specific depth, ensuring that the job is done safety and efficiently
\n
• Inspect and perform maintenance premanufacture specification on milling machine to ensure proper operation
\n
• Set-up, adjust controls on milling machine for each specific project to achieve the desired depth-finished
\n
• Ability to supervise Milling crew activities to maintain design specifications and quality standards
\n
• Takes responsibility for crew performance, including safety, adherence to company policies, and meeting the customer's needs
\n
• Knowledgeable in reviewing equipment condition and maintenance needs
\n
• A strong advocate for promoting and maintaining safe working practices and adherence to company safety standards
\n
• Willingness to perform additional projects and duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team
\n
