Job Description
We're searching for a Director of Finance, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position you will oversee the financial operations and financial planning. Ensure the smooth running of the hospital's finances through effective oversight of internal controls, reporting, policy implementation, and improving financial processes.

Job Duties & Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic and operational financial plans in alignment with the hospital's mission and goals.
• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Manage and optimize the cost structure and cash flow of the hospital; identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle to pursue opportunities for revenue enhancement; support improvements in processes related to revenue cycle operations.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including accounting, corporate finance, vendors, and operations partners.
• Help represent the hospital in financial negotiations and transactions.
• Support strategic planning, business development, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay abreast of trends, challenges, and opportunities in the healthcare industry and provide financial leadership and innovation to adapt to the changing environment.
Skills & Requirements • Bachelor's Degree finance, business, healthcare administration, or a related field required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 7 years' experience in finance/accounting, including 3 years in a leadership role required
• Experience in a healthcare organization preferred
